By clicking "I have read and agree to the terms listed below" you understand that this is NOT a binding agreement for services. All online agreements are pending until a satisfactory contract has been established via deposit by "Client" and conformation from "Service Provider" DJ Ron Love doing business under the Florida corporation 712 Group Inc.
“Unexpected” overtime is due IMMEDIATELY upon conclusion of the contracted event time by cash or check. Overtime rate is $100 per hour Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation by the client with exception to an act of God. DJ Service reserves the right to substitute talent with comparable or upgraded talent if necessary. Final payment is due no later than seven (7) days before the event date to avoid deposit forfeiture unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed upon in writing.
